We have 30 cat pens on our site and we are licensed by the council to board up to 45 cats at any one time.

All of our cat pens offer dual level accommodation. This provides your cat with options for where they wish to sleep. It is also very beneficial for elderly cats who would be unable to manage the ladders which take the cats to the upper housing unit. 

Our cat housing is fully insulated and each level has a heated bed. These beds are thermostat controlled and provide your cat with the perfect constant temperature. Our upper level housing offer a traditional open top heated bed and the lower housing have heated igloo style beds. We felt these would be really popular for the cats either during particularly cold spells or for cats who are a bit on the nervous side. Its important that the cats are able to find a place to hide if they feel unsure, especially when they first arrive or are new to us. 

Each cat will be provided daily with fresh water and fresh litter. We also provide scratching posts and blankets suitable for use on the heated beds. 

The cats are fed twice daily or as instructed by the owner. We offer adult Iams chicken biscuits and Whiskas in Jelly. We also stock Whiskas kitten pouches, Felix senior pouches and Senior Iams biscuits.

If your cat is of a more discerning palette or just fussy we also stock some of the 'good stuff' as a back up.

We are able to accept food from home if your pet is on a specific diet which we don't provide.

We are able to administer all medications but we do not accept diabetic cats. We keep Medication record charts which are signed as and when medications are administered by the staff member. 

The cats are regularly monitored, given attention and brushed as needed.

We only house same household cats together or we can house same household cats in adjoining pens at your request.
